No chat notifications on androids. I have missed so many chat requests bc non show up. Does this need to be open 24/7? Bc that makes no sense. I have permission notification allowed, etc. How can this be fixed??
On Android 7+. No chat notification. You have to keep this app open else it will not notify you for new chat request and you will missed chat request. Hence, This APP is OUTDATED and they are not updating it for Android 7+
No invitation to chat or I am wrong?
i pay for app some time ago 5+ years . I just change phone and can't get the app on my new phone. no idea why
Chat notifications come up but when I click on them they don't open. Does not work. Uninstalled it.
Works well. I notice it does not save notification settings. I never receive notification of chat unless I change it every time.
when it worked it was fantastic, but I put it on my samsung galaxy grand prime and now it keeps crashing after I log in.
Excellent application. One thing I noticed is that when in a chat the User avatar shows the same for the chatter & the support staff. Also, it would be nice to be able to change the notification sounds for the app specifically. It would be nice to know that a chat has come in and not a generic phone notice (sms message, etc). If it wasn't for these I would have given it a 5 rating!
After upgrade every thing is perfect
I am using in lg g3 android 5, it's not showing history and not alerting chat notification repeatedly, totally it's not working properly. Do something to work, NOW ITS FIXED, WORKING GOOD
