"Excellent application. One thing I noticed is that when in a chat the User avatar shows the same for the chatter & the support staff. Also, it would be nice to be able to change the notification sounds for the app specifically. It would be nice to know that a chat has come in and not a generic phone notice (sms message, etc). If it wasn't for these I would have given it a 5 rating!"
